THE BRIEF
At a time when the pet food and treat category is experiencing rapid growth, Big Heart Pet Brands wanted to drive deeper engagement with consumers by transitioning their brandcentric conversations to one that was pet-centric. We built a proprietary platform that uses personalized content and utility to create engaging relationships and to support the pet parent community.
RESEARCH
We interviewed dog owners around town and asked them about their pets, the best part about being a pet parent, what life lessons their pet has taught them and how they find living with a dog in the city.

LAUNCH CREATIVE
We created graphics to communicate the launch for use across all Big Heart Pet Brands affiliated brands and social media channels. The creative is fun, light and engaging but not overly branded and encourages pet owners to get out and do something fun with their dog.
STYLE GUIDE
The style guide helps create a cohesive experience among different site pages and recommends best practices in editorial style and imagery choices. It also ensures that future development or third-party production will follow brand guidelines.
RESULTS
With limited media, The Noseprint had 110K unique visitors in the first month, with an average visit time of 3.44 minutes—three times longer than leading competitor BarkPost.
